-w-;; So…I know it's been a while since I updated…sorry about that… I've been terribly busy and really distracted and….yeah all that crap. No excuses though!

Anyways, cons have been going pretty well. Down to my last big 2 and the minicon in November. This weekend is AWA and I am heading there with and and my friends Redd and Diana. We're meeting another group of friends there on Friday afternoon and we're all staying at the same hotel so this year will be freaking amazing.

Getting to see all my awesome friends again will be so great~!


Had lots of stress and pulling my hair out over my Sazandora outfit :T he'll be at about 75% for the con. I need to get more elf ears since one of mine was accidentally misplaced, and combine the 2 wigs and style those and then make his horns, but the outfit itself is done [though I hate my sleeves and I plan on redoing the shirt entirely when I have time].

The other cosplay I will be bringing is Karkat Vantas from Homestuck [mspaintadventures.com] 8) Yup. Homestuck. I happen to adore it. I wouldn't have read it but and gang-raped me into reading it xD and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. I've never identified with a character before now…and I find myself reflected in Karkat in more ways than one. Little spazztard. I love him. I've also decided to make it my personal goal to find out how to marry Dave/Davesprite. I DON'T CARE IF HE IS 13. I WILL WAIT FOR HIM. LOL. /CREEPER/

Anyways, it's not for everyone, but if you like dark and silly [Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy-esque[ humor, VERY complex stories, incredible character development, metaphor, alliteration, symbolism…blah it goes on forever…you might enjoy it and I encourage you to give it a shot. The story doesn't really get obviously complex until about Acts 4-5 though so you have to give it some time to develop, like any series.

I've heard HS gets lots of haters, though I cannot really imagine why [unless you count in-character Trolls and then maybe I can understand just a little.. l-lol…] so I am sort of girding my loins for it. The thing is, as Karkat, I really won't give a flying piece of crap about other people's thoughts. ONLY MINE ARE IMPORTANT, AFTER ALL  ]8B [LOL] so I will have hitting me with her newspaper as Jade to keep my attitude in-line. Though if someone mistreats her, they will probably get a piece of my mind. I understand not liking a series, but going out of your way to tease or torment or hate on someone cosplaying from it is just ridiculous and I won't tolerate it—especially not when I'm grey and all fangs and horns and yellow eyes.

ANYWAYS. So I am frantically stressing over getting ready for this convention, which we leave for tomorrow morning.

IS GOING TO BE DAVE FOR US AT HAMACON NEXT YEAR AND SHE IS REALLY GOOD AND I CANNOT WAIT I WILL PROBABLY CRAP MY PANTS NFIFBFDIGBGJFGDURBIDND. She flirts with my KK and it makes me jizz, you have no idea. We're putting her in a poopy makeshift Dave for the con xD just so she can carry me around while I shrill. …WHY is it that I always get carried like a sack of potatoes? Especially at cons. …..OMG….I just realized :T;;……….Karkat and Marik are incredibly alike. Holy crap. How did I not realize that earlier? Oh jebus…

UHHH….so Youmacon is at the start of November and I cannot wait for that but AWA comes first!

As for art, I have done tons of sketches. I might make a Tumblr just for that…hmm. I don't have one yet and I guess it would be a good thing to use it for. But expect  some art this month. I'll have a little more time to draw after AWA is over!

Well I need to go do a little editing for work and stress over everything that needs to somehow get done.

Time for another con recap!

This last weekend was Persacon, which is the first convention that and I ever attended together. It popped our con-cherry and introduced us to the bright and colorful sand distorted world of pocky and skirts that is conventions. We go every year in celebration of our convention anniversary; I think this was the 6th time? Something like that… Anyways, Persacon is a local convention here in Alabama and lots of our friends from here and out of state attend it.

This year was pretty similar to last year in that we were in loud, obnoxious, hung with friends, and  nearly got thrown out of a few places because new were in cosplay, but this time we also had an art table to babysit.

I took Thursday off so we'd have plenty of time to get ready for the weekend. That meant sleeping in and then lots of cleaning xD;;… and I rushed to get everything picked up and finished just around the time that showed up with her friend, . We'd never met (we knew her through AWA the year before) so we weren't sure what to expect. The two got settled and it quickly became evident that he and I would get along.

That day also happened to be our friend Redd's bday, so we piled into the car and headed over to his mother-in-law's house where we met the rest of our buddies for card games, presents, Portal 2 (LOL SO FUNNY), and dinner x3 We got to watch Redd nearly piss himself when he got his Transformers book from Diana (his wife); it was the same book she wanted to get for him at the comic shop that had the Duel Terminal those few weeks back, but she wasn't able to afford it. I told her to hunt it down on Amazon and it looked like she must have found a good price because there the book was! I am glad Redd had a good bday—he deserves it!

The rest of the night, once we'd managed to get home by plowing through the severe thunderstorm, was spent getting everything ready for the convention. We crashed early so we'd have time to be up early for the con to grab a table.

Friday morning came and I threw on my Yugi outfit. We decided that needed to wear Judai because he's fabulous and happy enough to do it properly, and boy he was just about perfect. He fit into my outfit just fine xD at least the jacket and wig. wore her Yami Marik and was Bakura. We finally got to the con around…9:30, I think; it had opened at 9.

Now, the last couple of years we'd had the con at a really nice hotel about 20 minutes from our house. This year the con was at a closer hotel but we had no idea what to expect. One word: nightmare. Holy crap, this place was inadequately small. Not only that, but it had no open space, no air flow, and the Artist Alley tables that had been so nice and open the years before were now tiny tables in a narrow hallway where you could only sit one chair between each table. …Talk about frustration.

We set up the table and did our best to sit down. There were only the 4 of us and at least 1 person had to stay at the table at any given time; this meant that of course 2 people stuck around…which meant all 4 of us did. It made hanging out difficult. Not to mention the lack of airflow was suffocating everyone… And to top it all off, my stalker showed up. I won't go into it. I have a stalker (or…something). Then another special person dropped by…because apparently we weren't annoyed enough, we now had a crazy-busy table in a hallway hardly wide enough for 2 people to walk through at any given time.

Well, eventually we left and got to stuff our faces. I can't remember everything but we all ended up back at the house where our friend came to spend the weekend with us, and then finally showed up. We spent the rest of the night derping and laughing, because that's what our group does best, and then crashed.

Saturday came and I crawled into Atem. went as her almost-finished Erutis (Demon Diary) cosplay and looked adorable, of course. We got to the con and set the table up again; that day we tried clearing the table out a little and gave ourselves some extra room. We took 2 shifts, leaving myself and mostly alone to babysit the table while everyone else ran around.

Now, if you know me at all, you'd be familiar at the rather strange attribute I have in regards to my interaction to other people's 'energy'. I say 'energy' because it's the best way to describe it. By that I mean what sort of character they give off—their personality, enthusiasm, mood, etc… My energy reflects those around me; if someone's hyper, I am hyper; if they're sad, I'm sad…etc etc. That being said, is the same way, and when you put two hyperactive people together with this attribute…the world sort of explodes. We need chill people to balance us out, but we were left alone and isolated because of the table and the lingering of people the rest of the group didn't want to interact with. So…as the day went on…we just got worse. Feeding off of one another's energy, it expanded to the point where we KNEW we were obnoxious. But it was sort of impossible to fix. Neither of us are capable of shutting ourselves down without help, but our 'help' refused to come anywhere near us >_>;;…so and I were pretty loud and annoying to our chill friends as a result. We knew that that was the case but that there was nothing we could do until we were separated or we crashed (which finally happened later that night). Until then, we were just hyper and insane. said we were just like the Host Club twins…and…seriously…that's probably the best description of us ever xD;;…

We did the traditional McDonald's run, where we played Duel Monsters a bit and had his first Duel. We publically embarrassed ourselves and I nearly got run over by a drive-thru car LOL;; but it was tons of fun.

At the end of the day, we ended up at the Target on the 'prissy' side of town, where we trolled just by being there in cosplay. We were almost thrown out for no reason other than for 'talking loudly' . got his furry-tail checked out…that was pretty funny, actually.

Sunday I went as Yugi again and once again was my Judai and I loved him to death x3 After trading some cards and derping around and avoiding stalkers, we ended up at a park where our friend took photos of us ! We were glad we go to do it this time since we missed the chance during Hamacon.

I /think/ that's the right order for everything… :T…. Hard to remember. Cons always get smushed together in one wad of awesomesauce xD

and left Monday and I already miss them :< but we'll see them again at AWA.

My next adventure starts tomorrow morning…very early tomorrow morning. I have a flight to Baltimore at 7am to meet up with and and then eventually head over to my hotel once and arrive so we can check in and get everyone where they need to be.

Otakon promises to be a first for me. I will get to hang out with all of these amazing people up until now I've only been able to torment online, and this will be the largest convention I've ever attended. I think one of the things I look forward to the most is finally getting to meet DDD we've been buddies for many years now and I cannot wait to attack her x3. Sadly, isn't able to attend due to financial reasons, but it might be for the best. She might go crazy with all those hyper people! I am gonna scope everything out and let her know what she might be expecting should we get to attend Youmacon.

I get back from Ota next Monday night, and that weekend we will have a bday party with all my friends. I can't believe I am gonna be 25 next Monday =w=….old Akarui is old… But after that I am going to finish my Sazandora/Hydreigon gijinka cosplay for AWA and maybe try to get my T-Town Roxas finished, too.

Sorry it's been so long since I last updated O: Gawd, I've been so incredibly busy--mostly getting ready for Persacon (another local anime convention) and Otakon (a con in Maryland where I intend on spending lots of time with my friends , , , , , , , , and many others)!

As you may or may not know, I am going to have an Artist Alley table this year at Persacon with so we're trying to get stuff ready for that. We won't have a ton to sell but almost all of it will be plushie-related, so I expect most of what we have to sell all right. Any money we make will go towards sending us to out of state cons we're hitting this year, so most my spare time not hanging with family or friends or doing everyday junk has been spent on plushie-making. At least I've managed to draw and write a little in the process.

Currently, I am working on my Yugi Mutou (not Yami—YUGI) cosplay and that should be finished this week. Still working on my Sazandora/Hydreigon gijinka, but that will get finished between Otakon and AWA. is gonna try really hard to have a Touya/Black cosplay by then and I really hope we manage it. After those outits, I will be working on Chris (Demon Diary) and N cosplays.

Today we're going to my parents' lake-house to hang with them before coming home and crashing. It's been a totally crazy weekend.

Our friends spent the night Friday and we all headed up to Tennessee to play a Duel Terminal O:! If you don't know what that is, a DT is sort of like an arcade game system set up to play 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' and you get a special YGO card from it that's all glittery. It costs a dollar to play and you're guaranteed a card every time—the card you get is totally random, but they're all worth more than $1 so you're guaranteed your money back (if nothing else but for trade bait). We decided to do this adventure last weekend when we realized we had a DT 3 hours away (we don't have one in Alabama >B/…lame)  so we tried gathering up some friends to go. Turned out that only and and Diana and I could go, so we all got change and made plans.

Saturday we headed up to Tennessee in 's car, derping around and hunting for card places along the way, until finally reaching the tiny little game shop in a college town. It was a small shop but they had some amazing stuff—including Gold Series 4, which comes with 1 of 3 playmats with Kaiba, Yami Yugi, or both of them on it. Now, if you know me at all, you know what a Kaiba fan I am, so after my initial piss-spazz to get to see the DT, I decided I had to have a Gold Series. I wanted the Kaiba mat and I had a 2 in 3 chance of getting one with him on it, so bloody hell, of course I grabbed it. I got the one with Yami though…crap, but the shopkeeper decided he wanted it because it had DM-Girl on it. offered to buy it off me too, but crap, I wanted Kaiba, so I got another GS4 since if I got another Yami, I would make them both happy. I ended up getting Kaiba, though, so I was giddy.

So for the DT, we decided it would be a good idea to take turns. We didn't know how many cards the machine had, and we had something like $75 between all of us, so to be sure we all got an even chance in case it ran out, we played in sets of 3. DTs come with 3 options: you can play a series of minigames, you can play a Duel with variant levels of difficulty, or you can get your card without effort. So we ended up mostly just buying the cards. played and got Jesse/Johan as his partner so that was hilarious and amazing. didn't play it at all, but I Dueled once. …I dueled…myself? I'd cosplayed as Judai/Jaden that day and somehow got stuck with Judai as an opponent with Zane as my partner. So the duel of Judai vs Jaden began.

Now, when you get DT cards, they have a totally amazing capability of being able to get scanned by the DT and placed into your hand in your Duel O:! I had brought my DT 'Exploder Dragon' with me and that was great help. I also got a DT 'Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon' that day and just about CRAPPED myself with glee (REDM is my baby), so I scanned him and 2 other dragons into my hand. I was running a Dragon deck (they give you the option to pick between a few when you start off) and knew how it worked. The other Jaden played his first turn and had his setup, but all it took was one turn and it was game. I one-hit-KOed him with REDM and RE-Wyvern. Yeah. That's right. TAKE IT UP THE BUTT, JADEN.

pulled a DT-Trishula…which was worth like…50$ at least. He ended up getting a card he wanted from the shopkeeper (who wanted it so badly omg) but it turned out to be a really good trade for the both of them. They dueled a few times before he could convince him to give it up. We did get a photo of him with Trish' before we left, at least, and I am pretty sure he got to use it in the Duel at least once.

One of the best moments ever that day was when played the DT and got to pick who to Duel. He was cosplaying as Joey that day so we convinced him to Duel Kaiba, since that was totally appropriate, and hilariously enough he got Joey as his assistant. So the Duel began. He'd picked a Fabled starter deck but holy crap he got a terrible hand… Kaiba raped him. I mean…just RAPED him. It was really bad. To make it worse…this Kaiba…was probably…the best Kaiba…ever. EVER. I mean…wtf?! HE WAS JUST LIKE KAIBA. EXACTLY. LIKE. KAIBA. He ranted and bantered and mocked and talked down the entire Duel. He even laughed maniacally when realizing "Joey" could do nothing to stop him from destroying him that final turn. Kaiba proceeded to tell him that he shouldn't even be dueling and then at the end you get a little saying based upon your performance and got "novice duelist". Omg. Talk about a slap to the other cheek. I'll never forget his expression xD;;… "Up yours, Kaiba >B(" LOLOLOLOL. IT WAS PERFECT. I don't think any part of that Duel could have gone better xD at least for me to watch...

Anyways, after lots more fun with the DT, we finally left the totally amazing and adorable little shop, promising to return soon with a larger group. We grabbed a bite and hit a sad little Wal-Mart and a totally disappointing K-Mart up for cards (where pulled a Ghost Rare 'Odin'….wtf) before finally heading back. Then we met up with Redd and picked him up before heading back to our place where Redd and Diana spent the night.

Diana had a family thing, and had her normal family day too, so Redd and I went to play at my local card shop, where Shad (one of the 'better' players there) nearly pissed himself upon seeing that I had 2 DT-Infernities. It was hilarious as people spazzed over how many DT cards I had. I managed to trade several off and did tons of other awesome trades and got some really great stuff for my collections <3~! The only way yesterday could have gone better would have been to have gotten a Catastor :T I still need one of those things.

Redd had built a totally awesome Burn deck the night before and managed to get the rest of the cards he needed to finish it while at the card shop, so we Dueled a few times and I had to Black Rose the field at one point because he was about to rape me. I survived, though. We had some great matches!

While hunting through trades, I spotted something I knew would want: a Secret Rare original art of Dark Magician. Redd decided he had to have it for her, so he worked and bartered until he got it. I had a spare DM mat to give her too so I let him trade some of his extra Fabled stuff to get it for her. She nearly jizzed herself when I gave it to her last night. She's so spoiled LOL!

After the card shop, I took Redd over to 's house and they tested Redd's new deck against the Fairies. Redd won but it was freakin' close. Then I dropped Redd off and went back to eat dinner with 's family and reminisced on really old shows from when I was a kid by going through all his old toys before finally heading home to see half-dead on the couch. I gave her the stuff we'd gotten her that day and we derped a little before finally crashing around...2 LOL.

My weekend was just amazing. I have great friends and a great life, and I really couldn't be much happier. I hope they all know how much I love ad appreciate them.

The next week and a half will be crazy and filled with frantically preparing AA-Table stuff for Persacon and getting my Yugi finished. I should have time to finish at least one more drawing before then and I have some fanfic stuff I need to finish, too.

Sorry for the long wait between journals, guys. Been pretty busy—mostly with working on Atem in getting prepared for the wedding at Hamacon.

Well, y’see, my friends Redd and Dianna held their wedding at Hamacon last weekend. They’re both deeply involved in the convention and decided to have the wedding there! It was a cosplay wedding and they were adorable. Diana’s favorite character is Atem, the pharaoh version Yami Yugi from “Yu-Gi-Oh!” so she requested I attend the wedding as the flower girl and cosplay Atem. I agreed and got to work.  I got Atem completed JUST IN TIME for the con. There was a lot of stress involved in getting it done in time, but I had him! YAY! Diana and Redd were happy I had it.

came as casual-Mahad and was going to be the Ring Bearer, and then our friend came as Yami Bakura and was gonna take photos. Well after a bit of a disaster when 2 of the Groomsmen didn’t show up we all decided was to be upgraded to Groomsman xD and then became Ring bearer, which turned out hilariously perfect since she was Bakura LOLOLOLOL. ran home and got a suit and tie on and holy bejesus she was about the most adorable thing I’d ever seen.

Redd demanded I skip down the aisle, so skip I did. Everyone laughed xD;; I didn’t even have to try, though. But I mean, come on, it’s ATEM. It’s hard not to laugh at him NORMALLY, much less throwing flower petals in front of a bride and skipping down an aisle… Yeah. It was so fabulous.

The wedding went amazing. People cried, I distracted whining babies, and the bride and groom shall live happily ever after.

Friday I went as season-1 Jaden/Judai Yuki from “Yu-Gi-Oh! GX” and worried all day about not getting my nice white pants dirty while we rolled around and derped with our friends , , , , , and more [link] Everyone seemed to recognize me as the Sora from the year before (they always remember those Keyblades LOL). I bought all of the YGO figures in the Dealer’s Room…yeah. I have the whole box at home now…waiting for a place to go. God they are so cute. I love them <3333~! I spent the majority of my time as Judai just running around yelling obscenities, being chased by a huge Domo cosplayer [link] and attacking people with my Ulgamoth plushie [link] xD

Saturday and most of the day was spent getting photobombed as Atem carrying around a 6 foot Slifer and getting ready for the wedding. [link] And of course there was the obligatory ‘look up ‘s skirt’ photo: [link] xDDD I also had to crash the YGO and Pokémon tournaments right before the wedding, where casual!Mahad and Mokuba almost passed out [link] LOL ALMOST LOST ‘EM THERE.

Sunday I went as a casual Yugi (not Yami Yugi, just Yugi) and we spent the final day just hanging out with our friends we hardly ever get to see [link] My friend had his YGO panel and that was actually really great! He did such a good job! He educated people on everything from the shows to the card game and the differences between the two.   decided to mindf*ck people and wore my Marik cosplay while wore my Ryou one… It was like an out of body experience seeing them in those things…wtf.

After the con ended, we spent hours together at a McDonalds laughing and making crude jokes. It was amazing xD.

I cannot wait for Persacon. and I will have an art table (see my previous journal for some details) and I am busy making crap for that. I’ve never done an art table before… I’m also getting Yugi finished so I can run around properly in that x3

Otakon comes soon after Persacon, where I will frolick with , , , , , , , and others xD Omg I cannot wait! I already have my Badge and plane ticket so I am definitely going. I plan on taking Yugi, Ryou, Marik, and maybe Judai with me. Wow xD another YGO weekend!

I plan on having my Sazandora/Hydreigon gijinka cosplay done in time for AWA. With any luck, will have her Touya cosplay by then and we can be derp together.

After that we have Youmacon to prepare for, but that won’t require any new cosplays at least! We’ll be meeting up with the same people from Otakon prolly to room with and be dorks with all that weekend. GONNA BE SO MUCH EPIC /o/!!!

I am gonna be really really lazy with some of my cosplays, for serious xD some of them I will just buy and then do the wigs and accessories myself. I don’t have time to get everything done, otherwise. Some of these will be: Hitsugaya (Bleach), Akiza (YGO!5Ds), Black Star (Soul Eater) and Akito/Agito (Air Gear). After Sazz is finished, I will probably work on N (Pokémon B/W) and finish Twilight Town Roxas (KH2) before trying to attack Zelkova (.Hack//Link) and some more complex outfits I have in mind.

Hamacon was the mark of one year for us to be cosplaying and I think we’re doing all right. I’ve learned a lot over the last year and I think I’ve made a nice little leap in understanding, from outfits to wigs and props. I can only hope to improve! I am really glad I have friends to encourage me to produce the best-quality cosplays possible! With help from my awesomesauce friends, I think I will improve <3!

As far as art/writing/etc, I am coming along. I work when inspired to work, but it comes and goes :T… I never know when I will be in the mood to work on anything and there’s no way to know what I will be inspired to make when the mood strikes. I usually work in waves of a week of compulsion to work on a particular media. I’ve been in a sketching mood lately so I’ve done lots of doodles and have a few drawings in the making, but I will probably shift to plushie-mode soon for my table at Persacon. I’m working on several stories and RPing a lot for character development/flushing, so who knows when I will post that.

Time to get back to work! Just thought I’d make a quick update!

Most of you guys know how and I have been hard at work making stuffed animals and props and crafts since last Spring. Since then I’ve gotten a LOT of requests for commissions, but my commissions have remained closed due to work, etc.

[NOTE: I am NOT taking open commissions atm. , however, IS taking commissions.]

However, because she and I are looking at attending numerous cons this year, a few of which are out of state, we’ve decided to run a table at Persacon’s Artist Alley. All proceeds from this table will go towards sending us to Otakon and Youmacon.

Peracon is a local convention here in Huntsville, AL, and you can get more information on attending at their website www.persacon.com <3.

We’re going to be selling a variety of items, and I will update this note with that list, as well as updated prices and other such things.

We don’t plan on having a table at any other cons. We got this table practically for free so we’re taking advantage of it. Plus, we prefer actually attending the con – running around and having fun – than babysitting our art table the whole time.

Why the steep prices, you ask? We make everything by hand. With the exception of the felt BEWD, NO sewing machines are used, and we create patterns from scratch. Every last stitch is done manually, and that means it takes a LOT more time to make our stuffed animals. It also makes them more fragile in some aspects, but I like the hand-made approach.

I may or may not do drawing/art commissions while there. Not sure about 's plans.

-We will NOT be making larger plushies like Slifer or Rainbow dragon. We just won’t have the time to prepare them, and even if we did, very few people would come prepared to spend $300-400 like that. We have plenty to keep us preoccupied and lots of cosplays to finish!
-If we make enough at Persacon, we MAY consider doing an Artist Alleu table next year at Persacon again and maybe at other cons.

Sorry it’s been so long since I last updated xD;; it’s been so crazy!

&^$^fjhJSOBA^#%!!! 120K PVs--HOLY POO. THAT’S AMAZING.  I will have to do something super special awesome for my 125k views or something OB!!

So…of course Pokémon Black and White came out the other weekend…and like 80% of my spare time has been devoted to that! I played the opening day until my eyes bled >8D so I was a good fangirl. I SQUEALED CONSTANTLY. --N. I LOVE YOU. NINTENTDO, BRING HIM BACK, OR I WILL SHANK YOU. They’d better develop a Grey and finish the story DB SO MUCH WAS LEFT UNTOLD.

The other night I finished finding the Seven Sages just to hear about N one last time ;3;… I’ll never forget it: standing on the beach at midnight, hearing that N was seen in another territory… So there I was…alone on the beach with the moon shining down on me, quietly wishing that N would return someday to retribute himself and face Ghetsis. IT WAS SAD. I couldn’t move from there. I didn’t have the willpower, so I had to save and turn off my game and walk away. I’ll never forget the last place I heard about N.

has decided she wants to be Cheran someday and I am planning to do a Black/Touya and N cosplay eventually. I’ll be the tiniest N ever, but screw it, I love him. The wig, however, is a challenge. I am waiting to see how my friend does his and then we’ll see if I still feel so motivated to try it myself xD;;

April and May will be months of intense cosplay making! I’m going to be working on Atem (which I’m starting this week), a secret cosplay, my Sazandora/Hydreigon  gijinka, and probably Joey.

THESE COSPLAYS WILL KILL ME.

Making plans for Otacon hasn’t been easy. I’ll probably be staying with and his fiancé since I prefer a room with a smaller body-count LOL. It’ll sure be an expensive trip…but I think I can afford it. I want to hang out with and and that’s pretty much the only time I’d see them! Zippy and Freckles aren’t sure if they’re going to go or not yet but I know they’re attending Youmacon, and they’ve invited us to take photos with them and Malinda in our secret cosplays O8 so now we’re going to so have to make them because that would be so amazing LOL. I’m not looking forward to those….er….I guess I can’t say here XD;; BUT ZIPPY IS GONNA HELP WITH IDEAS. SO…I AM GONNA TRY. His cosplay, homg, I am gonna get a nosebleed, I just know it. =3= HURRRR…. Malinda’s will be amazing too, but that’s predictable. It’s sort of intimidating, but I plan on doing my best *DETERMINEDFACE* >8|!

My last few weeks have been pretty unproductive 8DD;; but I’m prepared now to rape myself with cosplay >8D! I’ve opened up my sewing machine and my first outfit to do will be Atem. Joey will be worked on between stuff. I just need to order him and Sazandora a wig, and I’m impatiently waiting for Cosworx to restock so I can order wefts for Atem’s bangs, though I might hit up a Sally’s and see if they have anything. Sazandora isn’t so terrible. The main problem I will have is the wings…ugh…but I might get some advice from Zippy and on how to do those. And as far as the secret cosplay, well, I am pretty sure it will kill me, but I am going to do my best to make it non-fail >____>!!! I WANT IT TO BE AWESOME. is helping me plan out Atem’s Puzzle and I think I have everything else mostly figured out.

I’m finishing up LK and Marianne’s BEWD plush, too (B thanks for the claws! He’ll be shipped out asap.

Started writing my Pokémon B/W fanfic series based off the games and my characters/gijinkas. I’m posting it to FFN so you can check that out if you’d like x3 it’s rated T for language and violence, and there are like…basically no girls…so………yeah.

Heading to my parents’ tonight or tomorrow to get my windshield wipers fixed >8 AGAIN. My car is tired, LOL.

HAHA Oh god, I heard something hilarious yesterday. We were at FYE to see if there was anything Beth could spend her gift card that she won from her last FYE Anime Day (our next is this weekend) and we were informed by one of our friends there that we were called posers by a small group of boys that had gone to the YGO movie and had seen our rather large cosplay group. They told our friend that we didn’t respect the game and that we were an embarrassment to the series LOLOLOLO.

I’ll post pics of anything I make that I can actually update you guys on asap xD hopefully I will get my wigs and finish Atem’s bits soon. I WANT TO DO THESE WELL BUT FAST. I have work and everyday crap to deal with…cosplay can be hard to fit in between everything!

FRIGGIN CRAP O3O KAMICON WAS SO AWESOME.

So…where do I begin to express the epic-ness that was my weekend?

went to pick up on Thursday while I was at work. She helped me get on my Zorc cosplay to make sure it looked right all together before we played a few rounds of Duel Monsters to waste time while my beloved was at class. After she got back we all just hung out and packed and stuff before crashing.

Friday was pure chaos. I had work but I asked to work 7-4 that day so we could get a head start on the drive down. I came to the house for my lunch hour so we could get everything finished packed and run over our checklists one final time before going back to work and then heading home at 4, where I waited for and to get back from picking up from school. We threw the rest of the crap in the car, crammed ourselves in, and headed off!

The drive down was smooth. We used my GPS and only stopped to drop off with our friend at Target (where I bought children’s trading cards). I worked on finished Snivy-plushie#2 for my friend Redd on the way down and that got finished really quickly, so I cuddled with him and filled it with lots of love 8D!

We got to ’s around…9:30…was it? (I can’t remember – all I remember was us almost parking at a trailer because my GPS decided that was her house, and then found out that she lived off of a place called “Friendship” and being INCREDIBLY amused.) We all had our predictable spazz attacks and glompings before going inside and cramming into her tiny room where she and I slept on the floor and and slept on the bed. After had helped finished the Pirate Bakura sash and she’d bonded with with their combined powers of herpa-derp, we crashed around 12:30 and got up at 6, prepared for another drive and a fun-filled day!

The first thing we did was head to the hotel to drop off (she just so happened to be staying at the same hotel as us), where we ended up running in to and ! I squealed SO HARD when seeing because she was in her purple-coat-Kaiba cosplay and it made me jizz <3! So after I’d glomped her, they told us they were heading to the con so we could just follow them (we’d realized after already having left that we didn’t have a friggin address…SMART PEOPLES ARE WE) so we climbed in the car and followed her group to the center, where we struggled to find—but eventually found—parking.

The pre-reg line was SO MUCH SHORTER than the other one, holy cow. We almost immediately noticed a tiny Xemnas that made us squeal. There was a Sor aand Riku in the line that made us smile, too, and we recognized several people from Hamacon, Persacon, and AWA. Within 5 minutes we’d probably seen 10 people we knew in some way. Yes…this was going to be a great con!

Unsure of whether or not her group had arrived yet, I texted to let her know we’d arrived and we were in line and she informed me they’d just gotten there. She got to the line just as we were preparing to go indoors, so I called her up and invited her to slip in with us (WE ARE SO NAUGHTY, but what are friends for?). We grabbed a fast photo of her with , , and with all 3 of the BEWD plushies (together for the first time!!!) before going inside, grabbing our badges, and exchanging names and lots of hugs!! I got to meet several people I’d wanted to for a while! I loved all of them instantly, omg.

And thus the epicness of the weekend began >8]

and I were sad because we’d missed Opening Ceremonies, which we wanted to attend badly, but we did find out that Ray proposed to Chelsea there. Good luck to the both of them – that’s really all I can say xD;;

Anyways, the first thing wanted to do was track down LK and say hello, so we just sort of hopped in line behind her and filed through the convention trying to find him. and I absorbed the surroundings and took in the many cosplays whilst making our little journey, only to find out he wasn’t available until before his panel. Soooo we kept ourselves busy until then.

OH--I SAW AN ‘N’ COSPLAYER AND GLOMPED HER <3333!!!!! She spotted me and wanted a picture; when I turned around I squeeeaaaaled xD and then attacked her. Poor thing. I think I caught her off-guard! But she was happy that I recognized her! She was adorable and it totally made my morning.

I managed to drop off Snivy-plushie to Redd in the Dealer’s Room and he had a mild spazz. He loved it and that made me so happy! I know Snivy went to a good home <3!

We eventually headed up to meet with everyone for LK’s panel (Slifer plushie and the BEWDs had been sent to keep our spots toasty <3) and I waited outside with and   to say hello. He wandered in with Marianne and I was feeling a bit internally clenched over the situation. HOLY FUH THERE HE WAS. WHAT SHOULD I SAY? HOW DO I SAY HELLO? I DON’T WANT TO BE AWKWARD/OBNOXIOUS.   offered to slap me on the back to bring me out of my daze but I decided I was all right. Lucky for me LK broke the ice when he recognized me as the first Cowboy Marik. Now in this half moment of contact I realized how much like he is--shy and genuinely friendly (he has the same energy as she does, that’s the best way I can describe it). Words cannot express how happy I was that he recognized me <3 he immediately asked if Pirate Bakura was there too. I told him she was inside and he got all excited. HIS SMILING MADE ME SMILE. I was informed that it was Marianne that had come up with Cowboy Marik so I had to hug her xD! (OMFG SHE IS SO HILARIOUS I LOVE HER SO HARD) But then it was time to file inside for the panel, so file inside we did. I saw a Crow on the way and had to shout how awesome he was, and then I met up with everyone inside and sat at Pirate Bakura’s feet on the front row to watch the panel. Around this time was when we ran into and , who came as Tristan and Duke, and holy crap they were so hilarious. We expected as much from them! (I’m still not sure what made think she’d be a bad Duke because she was hawt, yo.)

The panel was hysterical and amazing. It was my very first YGOTAS/LK panel and I will always remember it (B! I almost jazzed from the sheer amount of Marik at that panel, omg. LK showed us the first ep of 5Ds with Marik making his commentary the entire time. <3 I LOVE MARIK SO MUCH. YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW. He answered lots of questions (I was too shy to ask anything >3>) and I spent the majority of the time quietly fangasming while cuddling with Slifer and leaning back against Fluffy.

…I LIKE MILKSHAKES <3!!!!

We went back to our cars and got ready to take photos, where we ran into our Bandit Keith from AWA! I helped pin her pirate hat to the wig because it was sliding off while out there, and then something sadface happened—MY ROD BROKE D8…. It was on the car and just accidentally got pulled off and FACEPLANTED the pavement. We all knew it was going to happen and there was nothing we could do about it, so we just had to stand there and watch it fall. SADFACE. After checking it out, it survived the tumble, but the poor Rod was dented just a smidge and some of the paint had come off. Poor felt bad but I had planned on making another one soon anyways so it didn’t bother me so much – IT WAS JUST SADFACE. It was my first Rod…and I am going to be retiring it now. I LOVED IT! It served me well! Now it can rest in peace! (I’ve gathered materials to begin another one and I am making one for when she does Yami Marik for my Yugi.)

We did a mini derp-shoot right there in the parking lot. I got my Rod blown off by “lemon and lime (season 0) Kaiba” and raped with it. SO MUCH KAIBA O3O MARIK WAS PLEASED.

Shortly thereafter (once we’d consumed our weight in ’s baked goods and I’d properly molested the Kaibas) we did a complete shoot, filled with Joey getting chased by BEWD, my being raped by Ryou, Ryou attacking Bakura, Kaiba molesting ‘himself’ with cash, and us worshiping …it goes on and on. I LOVE YGO SHOOTS.

After photos it was time to stuff my fat face! So we ran back inside to eat and ended up meeting back up with Marianne and LK. Now, during the panel, LK had expressed his distaste for YGO-GX, and I decided he hadn’t made it to season 3 & 4, where all the crazy stuff happens that makes it worth watching, so I asked Marianne about it and she admitted they’d never gotten very far. So I asked her if she knew about the whole “Jaden fusing with his hermaphrodite gay lover from his past life” bit and she was all WHUUUUUUUUUUT. So I got to explain that story and she just laughed. I convinced her she needs to go back and watch it xD so we’ll see if she does – if she DOES, I am pretty sure she’ll make LK do it too. I hope they do, because GX’s final arcs are like….crazy. I think they’d have a field day with those…’possibilities’, we’ll call them.

They wandered off for a panel (which we wished we’d have gone to but we were super hungry) and and I wandered around for a bit after that before we ended up back upstairs, regrouping to bother LK. It was here that we relaxed for an hour or two and just had some fun. had shown back up in Vegeta and I found this more than hilarious. Veggie was always my fav DBZ character (Cell-saga-Gohan, future-Trunks, Gotenks, and Broly are just a few of the others). Vegeta’s always been close to my heart, and he was the one that brought and I together (she spotted him and Trunks in my locker; she was my first friend I made 6 months after moving here to Alabalamaha X3), so I was all fangasming inside. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, <33333! I might try a young Goku cosplay or something, just because I can be a total spazz. I always wanted to do a DBZ cosplay, but none of my friends are fans like I am so I didn’t even bother to ask if they were interested. Now I have an excuse to add one to my cosplay folder (B! But anyways, she was there in Veggie and and   played a duel on her. That was pretty fun to watch, especially while she texted LOLOLOL. In the meantime I was busy being Marik—meaning I was obnoxious and loud and molested people every 5 seconds while LK just watched my antics. He told me I “had the insanity part down”  LOLOLOL and said I was a good Marik, which TOTALLY made my day. I was squealy and happy over that x3. I also handed out some Steve nametags LOL and gave him one that said “THE STEVE” which I was surprised he was so willing/enthusiastic to wear. That…was hilarious. The twins wore them on their butts and wore it on his eye (POOR GUY). decided season-0 Kaiba wouldn’t ever wear it and put it on the floor—WHICH GAVE ME CONTROL OVER IT, SO SUCK IT.

After I’d poked Katy’s butt, been raped by my own Slifer, and had startled The Steve with my tongue’s weird scrunching abilities (don’t ask xD), we headed into another panel—the epic win that was the Radio Show panel cannot be properly expressed without pissing my pants. Poor Micah (the VA of Soul from Soul Eater; we met him first last year at Hamacon). posted it as a series of vids on YT and I demand you watch them all! [link]

RUTH LOVES DAAAVIIID.

After that we headed back to the hotel, where we all got into our jammies and decided on the sleeping arrangements. and I ended up on an air mattress made for one person xD but we survived. Freeza-plushie was a creeper because I stuck him there in the window, where he peeped at us from behind the curtains and watched us sleep O3O;;…. LK and Marianne were considering dropping by but they got back to their room late so we all just decided to crash (but not before we’d stuffed our faces with “Crack Cake” (HOLY FUH). And crash we did. I slept on Slifer and Marshmallon because I didn’t bring a pillow xD but we all slept pretty well.

6am cam and we all got up and got dressed in “normal” clothes before meeting LK and Marianne and the rest back at the hotel’s lobby, and then we all went out to breakfast from there. I got my coffee so I was happy xD and then and I opted to give LK some of our Friendship Bread. After having some rather entertaining difficulty trying to open the foil and (apparently magical) wax paper, he cut the bread into slices and handed it out in a manner that reminded me of the Grinch at the end of “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” LOL. Then we got to watch everyone spazz over the bread (it gets the same reaction every time), so we grabbed some more loaves and handed them out. It was at that point that LK paused and stared at me.

LK: You were that Marik from yesterday O8!
Me: n__n;; Yup. That was me!
LK: SUPER MARIK!
Me: *BLUSH* THANK YOU.
LK: You were so crazy.
Me: Yeah, that happens a lot as Marik. Just wait until I do my Zorc cosplay today >:3
LK: O__o?

FFFF THAT MADE MY WHOLE WEEKEND. I AM SUPER MARIK. I CAN NOW DIE HAPPY.

We finished breakfast after he’d gotten some birthday gifts and nearly cried when reading a heartfelt letter (he’s so adorable it hurts), and then we headed back to the hotel so everyone could change.

did a surprise cosplay of Bulma and almost cried/wet her pants xD I knew about it so it was especially fun to watch. put her RiXku (Organization Riku…THE ‘X’ IS SILENT. LOL IF YOU GET THE JOKE.) cosplay and (now Ryou) helped me put my Zorc outfit on (gods that took forever) while prepared to leave. We packed our crap and loaded our cars before heading different directions. and the crew took to her bus and RiXku, Ryou and I headed back to the con to meet up with   and the rest.

Compared to Saturday’s chaos, Sunday was slow and predictable. I loved it because we got to just relax. I bought myself some children’s trading cards and watched   play a little, and downstairs I ended up dancing/rapping to the ‘Yugi  vs Jaden’ song (apparently gathering quite a crowd in the process – I was pretty fixated on Ryou, to whom I was rapping LOL). We saw and later and were worried because Katy’s bus was really late, so but they left again and luckily she got home just fine. I stood in line with my friend Redd and got my MST and badge signed and showed LK my peenor and asked him to name it—which he did. Zorc’s wee-wee is now called “Gregory” xDDD. I ended up getting back in line later because, like a total derptard, I didn’t get a photo with him, so a photo I got! I also gave Marianne a nametag with a doodle of Poopface on it and she was eager to accept it. “This is going straight into my wallet XD!” LOL I LOVE HER. HAVE I MENTIONED THAT?

The last thing we did was attend the goodbye panel for the Vas, where we all regrouped and had one final session with the awesome VAs we knew and loved. I was so sad to have to say goodbye. I was super special excited to have gotten to meet LK and Marianne, and to get to see the other VAs again (I get to see Micah yet again in a couple of months at Hamacon LOL) and I can’t wait until we cross paths at another con 8D! (I just hope I wasn’t obnoxious.)

Soon after that we all said our goodbyes. It was time for us to hit the road! So we threw our friends into the car and headed out, dropping them both off to their folks before finally reaching our house at 11:30. Kuro, the dog, was happy to have us back, and we crashed hard. I ended up using Leave on Monday for work because I was just exhausted, but everything is still half packed LOL. We’re so lazy. Mostly me. I AM SO LAZY.

So that was my first Kamicon! Not ALL of it…but most of it. I CAN’T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR. We’re not sure what will happen since Ray is graduating… Guess we’ll see who takes over.

Our next con is Hamacon, this June 3-5, and is coming omfg I cannot wait! I AM SO EXCITED TO MEET HER IN PERSON AND TO BE HILARIOUS WITH HER. PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN. MINDS WILL BE CORRUPTED. Redd and Diana are having their wedding AT the con, and I’ve been asked to be the “Flower Pharaoh” as Atem (LOOOL I LOVE YOU, DIANA) so I am excited! is going to be the “Bride’s Maid” as in Bakura in maid dress (MARIK IS JEALOUS).   is going to be in the back cosplaying Soul and will be doing the music/tech stuff LOL and Micah’s going to be there too because he’s friends with Redd (I expect Transformers gifts shall be given). HAMACON’S GOING TO BE SO AWEOSME!!!!

Until then I am working on getting Atem completed and then I am going to work on Yugi, Yami, Joey, and Akiza <3!

I am also making a Blue Eyes plush for Marianne and LK xD it’s about 1/3 complete and will get some photos taken. They’re sharing custody and this amuses me.

Tomorrow I see the movie premier with 10 other people in cosplay! Beth, , , , her fiancé, , Redd, Diana, and Katie! I reserved our seats and we take up like…2/3 of a row almost. FFF. I CANNOT WAIT. The theme for the opening is “characters that didn’t make it” xD I am going as Neko Neko Marik (LOOOOL) and we’ll take lots of photos! Many card games shall be played and many children shall be scarred!

HOLY CRAP - WEATHER CHANGE.

It was like….13 last week and now it’s 60-70 or something. IT’S SO NICE OUT. It was a nice day yesterday so I took some pics of my Roxas cosplay for my friends   and . [link] [link] [link] They both liked them xD!

From Sora, Roxas, Marik, Ryou, and Jaden…HAPPY V-DAY TO ALL THE RIKUS, AXELS, RENOS, BAKURAS, KAIBAS, JESSES AND YUBSELS OUT THERE <3.

and I made a  BUTTLOAD of Friendship Bread last night for this weekend. …Well…mostly she made it and I watched/occasionally lent a hand. The house smelled AWESOME @3@;;… I think we have enough FB for the party, though we will probably just give her own loaf LOL.

In case you didn’t know already, KAMICON IS THIS WEEKEND. That’s right! AND I AM GOING. FINALLY. Ray started KamiCon a few years ago and he’s always wanted us to come. Luckily he moved the schedule around and this year we can go since it doesn’t fall right in the middle of finals! SO I GET TO MEET LK. HUZZAH!

I also get to see so many of my good friends, like , , , , , , , and lots  of others that I hardly ever get to see! I also get to meet ’s friends and finally get to know her crew a bit better so we can all be hilarious together at cons 8D!

Our room is going to be friggin hilarious. It’s going to be like…a TON people in a hotel room on Saturday. I somehow doubt I’ll get much sleep. says she won’t even try, probably. We’re rooming with , her friends, and . We were going to use LK’s room to stuff a few people in, but his fiancé is coming, so we’re all stuck together in one room. BE JEALOUS OF OUR LACK OF SPACE. BECAUSE IT’S GONNA BE FUN >8]

and I are still working the details out. While I’m at work, she'll be meeting 's parents on Thursday to pick her up, and is getting grabbed along the way down Friday. She’ll be staying with a friend and will be staying with us and   at her house Friday (where I will have a tea party as Marik or Zorc with her cousin, assuming we don’t get to her house at 10-11pm) and then Saturday morning we’ll turn   in to Tristan before heading to the con where we’ll meet up with and her crew. AND THEN BOTHER LK. LOLZ.

I’ll be wearing Cowboy Marik the first day, and I’m pretty sure I’ll freeze. Saturday comes Zorc.

Yes…ZORC.

If you don’t know whom Zorc is, he was the final baddie of Yu-Gi-Oh! He’s really big, hilariously awkward, and has a dragon for a peeni. …And yes, I made, and will be wearing, the dragon xDDD. It turned out pretty well, actually. I finished it last week and will be trying on the whole outfit tonight or tomorrow, depending when can help (I need help getting the wings on). I did the cosplay because it was on LK’s “Top 10 Most Obscure YGO Cosplays” that he wanted to see, and I want to do as many as possible! Plus, I’ve never seen a Zorc cosplayer before, really o3o… I want to make it way more epic someday with claws, red contacts, etc… I might end up changing from using the Bakura wig and general cosplay to wearing all black and getting a spiky, black wig <3 but we’ll see what everyone else thinks next weekend first! I’m just happy it’s finally complete 8D no more worries about not having it finished in time!

The voice actor for Ichigo is attending too, so I’ll bring a Bleach movie for him to sign xD. I would bring something Kuhn-related, but I don’t have anything…. I guess I’ll leave that and the Kiba stuff to .

I’ll be getting LK to sign our poster as well as a card for my deck (I’m gonna shot him mah dehk, yo) x3

In addition to the epic win of my friends that will be attending this free, 2-day con, two people that I never would have expected to attend will be going: my friend Kyle, who swore he hated cosplays and anime for years and has suddenly experienced a change of heart (he’ll be one of my many Steves), and my little sister, Anna, who’s never been to a con and doesn’t generally like anime (though she adores FLCL and considers Haruko as her ‘role model’ O_o;...). I am excited, though, because they’re both con-virgins. Neither has seen me in cosplay at a con or seen how weird I REALLY am. Well…Anna has. But still—not at a con!

And then, of course, after KamiCon is the YGO movie the weekend after, and the weekend after that is the release of Pokémon Black/White, which, if you’ve somehow missed all of my ranting, I CANNOT WAIT FOR. And they’re actually releasing the Limited Edition versions of the DSi for the gaaaames!!!! OMFG I am SO getting one! I need a DSi anyways so the timing couldn’t be more perfect!!!! My only issue is that the bundles suddenly VANISHED off of toysrus.com and amazon.com o___o….. I’d expect if they’d sold out that amazon would say “sold out” or something like they usually do…so I am wondering if they removed them because it’s too ‘early’ or… I dunno… I might call them to check…because if I missed out…I am going to cry DB…. I called Toys-R-Us and the lady was useless. I AM HOPING THEY WILL RELEASE IT. In the meantime, and I are preoccupied with drooling over all the posters and boxes. GAMESTOP – STOP BEING SUCH A BLOODY TEASE.

I have SO much to do this week in preparation for the weekend! I DUNNO HOW IT WILL ALL GET DONE.

’s bday party was last weekend. We’d planned on going bowling, but even after calling and them telling him that there were no leagues/tournaments going on, when we arrived there was a full tournament being held…. So…we ended up going back to his house and hanging out until we decided to stuff our faces, so we proceeded to rape a Wendy’s, where we held a little tournament of our own  - WITH CHILDREN’S CARD GAMES [link]. After a few hours of that, we headed back to ’s, where we played video games and crashed before heading home.

Sunday was good. I got to The Deep (my local card game shop where I play Duel Monsters) but once I got there I realized I’d left my deck and my brand new game mat at home (the one that I won in a drawing the weekend before at the sneak-peek event). I was really sadface, but before I could go home to get them, Shad (my ‘sensei’ if you will) sat me down and handed me his Lightsworn deck. He knew I’d always wanted to try them (THEY ARE SO GORGEOUS) and that was a friggin excellent deck…so I agreed. Friggin crap, they were so beautiful. His cards were especially nice… Like…almost all of them were ultimate or shiny… Well, soon afterwards, he took the deck and then did something that made me almost jizz: he made me a Blackwing deck. …If you know me in RL, you’ve probably heard me rant about how much I adore Gale and the other BWs and how I’ve always wanted to play them but didn’t have the right Synchros. Shad took immediate advantage of my deck-less state and forced me to take his BWs to play with. I ended up squealing for the next 4 hours over the little winged beasts. IT FELT AWESOME. So Shad gave me the deck list and I have most of the necessary cards for the base deck; he’s opted to let me borrow the rest of the ones I need so I can play a BW deck <3! I LOVE YOU, MAN. YOU ARE SO AWESOME. On top of that, I got FOUR Blue Eyes! One I traded for, and this one guy GAVE ME THREE OF THEM. WTF? Sometimes, having boobies has its perks? I dunno. Whatever it was, it was a really awesome day.

Monday night, however, I panicked. I thought I’d lost my Dragon deck. It had been in my 5Ds backpack…which I’d left at ’s. He brought it back to me and I didn’t think much of it, but when I looked for the deck on Monday night and couldn’t find it, I panicked. Holy crap, that was horrible. , being the amazing friend that he is (and a fellow card enthusiast), even went so far as to hit that Wendy’s to make sure I hadn’t left it there. Thank god I found the deck box pushed under the couch! My dog did it. He has a fetish for pushing things under there… I WAS SO RELIEVED. Oh, my beloved Dragons D: I’d have been SO upset if I’d misplaced them…. I mean…it had the Ultimate RDA that I’d pulled…and both my Stardusts…and all my awesome Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons and such… *sniffle* I WILL NEVER MISPLACE THEM AGAIN. *kisses deck box* <3

Oh! More super special awesome news O8! A JOANNS OPENED NEARBY. WE ARE EXCITED. I dropped by there last weekend with   to find some green fabric for a Snivy commission for my friend Redd (he’s going to be cosplaying Black at GS for the opening day since he has to work and badly wants a Snivy so I agreed to do a commission) and Persacon’s Con Chair was there. We see one another a lot! But she wants me and to be in a fashion show for the con O___o I guess I need to look in to that.. We joked about the name for our “business” at Artist Alley – “The Rampaging Cobras” – and talked about possible banners for the table. It was nice seeing her, as always n_n! But, regardless, having a Joanns so close is going to be so friggin useful… They have a lot of what I need. NO MORE DRIVING OUT OF STATE FOR FABRIC. HUZZAH!!!

So now I need to go back and get more crap done for the weekend.
