Another acrylic-on-wood painting--done in Art class. Some said it looked like an ice bird that was in Atlnatis or something... I like this one. I think it's really unique. I really enjoy the clors I decided to use. Yay for ice birdies!

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Anyways, the phoenix looks kinda like it's flying behind a thin sheet of ice. And behind it in the bg is a frozen lake.. and there's some really tall glaciers standing in there. I think I'm gonna fave this one
