Oooh! Looky at the pretty blue clouds! I finally learned to make some nifty PS effects ;). My friend Shemara showed me how ;). Now better art is on the way! Yaaaaay! :w00t:

Anyway, this is obviously a piccy of Katherine and Whitefire (in his dragon form). I decided NOT to include the spirit ring around his tail because he can fully control this form more or less and has no need for it. Nevertheless, I may add it later. If I do, it will be updated.

I am actually very pleased with this picture's overall turnout. I may do one with each dragone just for fun ;). But since I've been so busy w/getting ready for college, art hasn't been an option, so the pictures in my 'not-yet-finished' pile are piling up O.O". I hope to get them done this next week because I have little left to do ^^". I owe trades and stuff... Ugh... :faint: MUST GET TO WOOORK! *zooms off*

Absolutely stunning drawing Akarui! I simply adore the posing of Katherine and Whitefire. I really like the contrast in Whitefire's dragon form as well, the dark black banding and the snowy white fur and blush blues are a wonderful combination. I just love the flow of Katherine's hair and the way that you handled her Kimono, the soft highlights and shadows throughout this image are wonderful. The cloud effect really adds a lot to this piece!

I find this picture to be quiet interesting, one what that I look at it the picture seems very peaceful and serene, a very love picture, but at the same time it almost seems sad at the same time. Maybe I'm reading too much into this drawing, but it is absolutely wonderful! I can't even think of how to put everything into words that I wish to!

This is a wonderful picture, but unfortunately I find some areas a tad flat looking. I take it you wanted to make the blue mist surrounding them a light source? And then that would illuminate everything and make the images very bright, no? If that's the case, then lighting will be extremely difficult, but absolutely worth the time and effort. It kinda requires a whole new way of thinking about lighting because it's no longer one side light, one side dark, but something a bit more complicated. But if I am completely wrong and the lighting is from more or less one general direction, then disregard all of the above except, "This is a wonderful picture." :)
